Terms and Conditions Cervus Clean LLC
By booking any service with Cervus Clean LLC, the Client fully agrees to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
We provide pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, facades, trash containers, roofs, gutters, and windows. Additional services must be requested in writing and may incur extra charges.
2. Booking and Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any appointment. The remaining 50% is due at the start or end of the service. No refunds are issued once the initial payment is made.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule without penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance, but the service must be completed within 30 days of the original booking. If not, it will be considered canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure access to the service area, provide water on-site, and inform us of any delicate or damaged surfaces. The area must be cleared prior to our arrival.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Cervus Clean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for changes in appearance of aged or fragile surfaces. We are not liable for leaks caused by existing roof or gutter conditions. Dissatisfaction must be reported within 3 days of service.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or issues beyond our control.
7. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are performed. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
